Allie asked me what was the one system in my business that I couldn’t live without. For a few seconds my brain flashed to my website, or lead magnet funnels, or my online booking software, but really, if it wasn’t for the system I have set up for task and project management - what I’ll refer to as my productivity system - my business would completely fall apart.

You don’t necessarily need a big budget or a big team - you need to get organized! A workflow is going to accomplish that, and it’s going to help you stay accountable to yourself at the same time.
