It is no secret that Facebook can be a powerful tool when it comes to promoting your business and learning best practices. However, with so many users and businesses on the platform, competition on Facebook is fierce. Many established companies therefore pay high advertising fees in order to secure the attention of their target group. Luckily, there is another way. Recent years have seen a sharp increase in the volume of Facebook Groups dedicated to a certain business purpose.
If you aren't a videographer (either by profession or by hobby), chances are you've avoiding making any videos to share on social media beyond a few Facebook Lives or streaming your desktop as you do a tutorial. But what about those fun or informative videos that have a bunch of clips edited together? You know: the Now This and BuzzFeed style videos that seem to be all over your social media feeds. Unfortunately for us, each social media network has it's own ideal image size when posting photos, or uploading profile and cover photos. Below I've outlined the best image sizes for the most common platforms. These are the minimum best dimensions, so if you have a photo that is bigger (but is the same ratio) that will be fine too!
